A big company like Volvo Cars gets a lot of requests to visit the factory every day. We are delighted that there is so much interest in Volvo Car Gent, but for organisational reasons we are forced to limit the number of visits.
At Volvo Car Gent we look forward to welcoming Volvo dealers with (potential) customers, Volvo NSCs with customers or new employees and Flemish region technical schools (final-year electronics/electromechanics) and colleges/universities with students taking a technical education (electromechanical systems, electromechanics, automation, industrial, and civil engineering).
A visit takes about 2,5 hours and consists of an introduction, followed by a visit (on foot) in the Welding plant and in the final assembly. We accept groups of maximum 15 participants. It is possible to book two groups (two times 15 people) too. The minimum age is 16 years.
Visits are possible on Tuesday afternoon and Thursday afternoon.
