Visitors are asked to bear a part of the cost. Below are the prices valid from January 1, 2026.
Prices are per group, groups contain maximum 15 members
- Schools 60 €
Priority to technical schools in our region.
- Volvo dealers 300 €
Dealers with (prospective) clients.
- Intercompany 250 €
Only for other departments within Volvo Car Belgium NV or for visits for which the costs are taken by Volvo Cars – internal transfer without credit card.
- Companies and Organisations 400 €
Rate for all other companies and organisations.
- Individual visits are not possible.
When the group consists of more than 15 participants, we hire 2 guides and the price will be doubled. The payment needs to be done online at the moment of inscription. Cancelled visits will not be reimbursed. When Volvo Car Gent needs to cancel the visit due to unforeseen circumstances, you will receive a voucher to plan your visit at another moment.
